The photographer and filmmaker based in Jaffa–Tel Aviv joins host Annemieke Windt to discuss his work, known for its powerful exploration of major themes such as war, faith, and technology, always with a focus on human resilience. Through film excerpts and photographs, he takes the audience on a journey through his artistic development: from covering the war in Iraq to visualising today’s digital rituals. His exhibition The Believers (originally commissioned by BredaPhoto and produced by Forhanna, 2018) is on view at De Gang Photo Gallery in Haarlem until the end of November.
