This website is owned by Forhanna Foundation. By creating a profile, you agree to the general terms and conditions described here.

art 1. General

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements entered into and all actions taken between Forhanna Foundation and its users.

Forhanna Foundation is entitled to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

Forhanna Foundation is entitled to modify the information in the profile if requested by a user. Of course, the user will be notified of this.

The website of Forhanna Foundation is protected by copyright, and therefore it is not permitted to distribute or reproduce texts, images, and other materials from the website without permission.

art 2. Forhanna Foundation Community

Forhanna Foundation offers many products and services for free to make them accessible and keep them accessible to everyone. But without our visitors, we are nothing. Therefore, you automatically become part of the Forhanna community when you make a download or reservation.

We consider everyone in our community as a member of the Forhanna Foundation community. Whether you are a regular guest or feel remotely connected to our mission: the Forhanna platform is for everyone, and you determine the extent of your commitment.

Forhanna Foundation offers the opportunity for members of the community to donate, which is used to maintain the website, develop products and services, and facilitate their exchange for the community members.

When you sign up as a member of the community, you agree that:
a. upon registration, a public profile can be created on forhanna.com. This profile contains the information you have filled in yourself or the information loaded with your permission from Facebook. This includes your first and last name, a link to your email address, website, Facebook profile and/or LinkedIn account, a photo, a personal text, and the services and products you have viewed or downloaded;

b. by creating a profile, you become part of the Forhanna Foundation community; your profile can be displayed on various overview pages, for example, on the page of the event for which you have made a reservation or the user list of products you have taken;

c. your contribution may be used by Forhanna Foundation for promotional and knowledge purposes, for the development and exchange of products and services, both on and within the scope of this website, for the development and elaboration of products, and during events as well as through media, publications, and statements of Forhanna Foundation;

d. Forhanna Foundation may send you relevant messages and newsletters if you subscribe, but your email address will never be provided to partners or third parties. You can change your preferences at any time via forhanna.com/editprofile.

art. 3. Your profile on the site

Forhanna Foundation has compiled the content of its website with great care. However, all information on the site regarding profiles comes from users. Therefore, they are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of this information. Forhanna Foundation does not assume responsibility for the content of profiles but merely has a mediating role.

You warrant that your profile:
– contains correct, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself;
– is not accessible to third parties;
– and that you will carefully preserve your username and password.

art 4. Contributions to the site

After creating a profile, you can contribute to the website. This may include writing a profile text, adding personal links, reserving for events, downloading products and services, and posting comments.

You warrant that your contribution:
– does not contain false or misleading information;
– is from you, or you have permission to post it on the website;
– is not offensive, objectionable, or otherwise indecent;
– does not contain spam, commercial offers, viruses, or other unwanted information.

Algemene Voorwaarden

Deze website is eigendom van Stichting Forhanna. Met het aanmaken van een profiel stem je in met de algemene voorwaarden die hier worden beschreven.

art 1. Algemeen

Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle overeenkomsten die zijn gesloten en op alle handelingen die plaatsvinden tussen Stichting Forhanna en haar gebruikers.

Stichting Forhanna is te allen tijde gerechtigd deze Algemene Voorwaarden te wijzigen of aan te vullen.

Stichting Forhanna is gerechtigd informatie in het profiel aan te passen indien gevraagd door een gebruiker. Uiteraard wordt de gebruiker hiervan op de hoogte gesteld.

De website van Stichting Forhanna wordt door het auteursrecht beschermd en het is derhalve niet geoorloofd zonder toestemming teksten, afbeeldingen en ander materiaal van de website te verspreiden dan wel te verveelvoudigen.

art 2. Stichting Forhanna community

Stichting Forhanna biedt veel producten en diensten gratis aan om ze voor iedereen toegankelijk te maken en te houden. Maar zonder onze bezoekers zijn we niets.

Daarom treed je automatisch toe tot de Forhanna community wanneer je een download of een reservering maakt.

Wij beschouwen iedereen in onze community als lid van de community van Stichting Forhanna. Of je nou een vaste gast bent of je op afstand betrokken voelt bij onze missie: het Forhanna platform is voor iedereen en jij bepaalt zelf in welke mate je toegewijd bent.

Stichting Forhanna biedt de mogelijkheid voor leden van de community om een donatie te schenken die wordt besteed aan het onderhouden van de website, het ontwikkelen van producten en diensten en de uitwisseling ervan te verzorgen en te onderhouden voor de leden van de community.

Je stemt ermee in dat:

• er met het registreren automatisch een openbaar profiel op forhanna.com kan worden aangemaakt. Dit profiel bevat de informatie die je zelf hebt ingevuld of de informatie die met jouw toestemming vanuit Facebook wordt ingeladen. Dit is o.a. je voor- en achternaam, een link naar je e-mailadres, website, Facebook profiel en/of LinkedIn account, een foto, een persoonlijke tekst en de diensten en producten die je hebt bekeken of hebt gedownload;
• je met het aanmaken van een profiel onderdeel wordt van de Stichting Forhanna community;
  je profiel op verschillende overzichtspagina’s getoond kan worden, bijvoorbeeld op de pagina van het evenement waar je voor hebt gereserveerd of gebruikerslijst van producten die je hebt afgenomen;
• jouw bijdrage door Stichting Forhanna kan worden gebruikt voor promotie- en kennisdoeleinden, voor ontwikkelingen en uitwisseling van producten en diensten, zowel op en in het kader van deze website, voor ontwikkeling en uitwerking van producten en tijdens evenementen als via media, publicaties en uitingen van Stichting Forhanna;
• Stichting Forhanna je relevante berichten en nieuwsbrieven kan sturen als je hiervoor inschrijft, maar je e-mailadres nooit aan partners of derden wordt verstrekt. Je kunt je voorkeuren te allen tijde wijzigen via forhanna.com/editprofiel.

art 3. Je profiel op de site

Stichting Forhanna heeft de inhoud van haar website met uitermate veel zorg samengesteld. Alle informatie op de site m.b.t. profielen is echter afkomstig van de gebruikers. Deze zijn dan ook zelf verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid en volledigheid van deze informatie. Stichting Forhanna draagt voor de inhoud van profielen derhalve geen verantwoordelijkheid, maar heeft slechts een bemiddelende rol.

Je staat ervoor in dat jouw profiel:

• de juiste, actuele en complete gegevens over jezelf bevat;
• niet toegankelijk is voor derden
• en dat je jouw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord zorgvuldig zult bewaren.

art 4. Bijdragen aan de site

Nadat je een profiel hebt aangemaakt kun je een bijdrage leveren aan de website. Deze kan bestaan uit het schrijven van een profieltekst, het toevoegen van persoonlijke links, het reserveren voor evenementen, het downloaden van producten en diensten en het plaatsen van reacties.

Je staat ervoor in dat jouw bijdrage:

• geen valse of misleidende informatie bevat;
• van jou afkomstig is, of dat je toestemming hebt om deze op de website te plaatsen;
• niet kwetsend, aanstootgevend of anderszins onfatsoenlijk is;
• geen spam, commerciële aanbiedingen, virussen of andere ongewenste informatie bevat.

Wij gaan zorgvuldig om met persoonsgegevens en hebben de privacy van onze community hoog in het vaandel staan.
